The sea-view and garden-view rooms also have balconies and seating areas. At the resort, you can use the outdoor swimming pool, dine at the restaurant or arrange diving, snorkelling and fishing through the tour desk. The property also provides a shuttle service, luggage storage and daily housekeeping. Free WiFi is available in the rooms, and free private parking is possible on site without a reservation. Rooms

4 room types · 16–25 m²

The four accommodation options are designed for up to two people and each has a private bathroom. Two 16 m² double or twin rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, seating area and terrace, as well as a balcony. One looks onto the garden, while the other offers a sea view. Both have a double bed, making the view the clearest distinction between these otherwise similar rooms.

The 16 m² Small Double Room with Fan is a more simply equipped option, with a private bathroom and a double bed. The 25 m² Standard Apartment is the largest choice; it has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom, with a double bed. This spread gives you a choice between a view-facing room, a basic fan-cooled room and a larger apartment, while keeping capacity to two people throughout.

Mae Haad is the pier-side village on Koh Tao’s west coast, with transport, shops and everyday services around the ferry arrival point. The resort is 100 m from Mae Haad Beach, while Sairee Beach is 200 m away. The village is a useful starting point for exploring the island’s west coast; Sairee, north along the shore, is known for its long beach, dive schools and beach bars. Restaurants and cafés are also nearby, including Annie S Goodies at 500 m and La Latina Koh Tao at 500 m.

Koh Tao has no airport, so arrivals come by ferry to Mae Haad pier. Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier is 600 m from the resort. A one-way transfer from the pier is included with room rates: take the left exit, where a driver waits with a sign bearing your name and Simple Life. Send the resort your boat name and arrival time so the transfer can be arranged. Free private parking is possible on site without a reservation. Ferries also connect Koh Tao with Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and the mainland at Chumphon; rough seas can disrupt services, particularly from November to January.

The nearby coast offers beach time and access to Koh Tao’s diving scene. Jansom bay is 1.4 km away, and the viewpoints around Sairee are 1.3 km and 1.4 km away. Mae Haad is on the west and south side of the island, which is generally the calmer coast from November to March; April to October tends to favour the east coast. Diving schools organise trips to sites around the island, and whale sharks are most often seen from March to May and September to October. Koh Nang Yuan, a group of small islets reached by boat, is another popular excursion.
